Hey, we're Kevin & Amy
We’ve been together 17 years, and wellness has been at the center from the start, whether running races, paddleboarding rivers, freediving, or summiting peaks.
Now in our 40s with three kids under six, the outdoors is still our playground. One of us usually has a child on our back, and staying strong matters not just for adventure, but for patience, energy, and creating a magical childhood.
Our motivation runs deep. Both of us lost loved ones to heart disease. That pain drives us to care for our bodies consistently, not obsessively, so we can live with intention.
We love good food, campfires, and road trips, but we also track what truly matters: bloodwork, muscle, and longevity markers. Because health is about how you feel and function, not just how you look.
Our mission is simple. We want to inspire you to stay active, confident, and strong as you age so you can hike, dance, and adventure for decades to come.
