Hey, we're Kevin & Amy

 

We’ve been together for 17 years, and from the very beginning, wellness has been the cornerstone of our relationship. Long before kids, you’d find us on a trail midweek, running a race, paddleboarding down rivers, freediving in the ocean, doing yoga on the beach or summiting peaks.

Now, our family's lifestyle is centered around the great outdoors. One of us always has a child on our backs and staying in peak shape is at the utmost of importance for not just adventuring but also patience, quality of life and creating a magical childhood for our kids.

What’s fueled our commitment to health from the start is something deeply personal. We’ve both lost loved ones to heart disease. That pain became a powerful motivator, not to chase perfection, but to live with intention. To care for our bodies not obsessively, but consistently.

We’re food lovers who believe in savoring life. Campfires, good restaurants, spontaneous road trips. But we also understand the importance of paying attention to the things that truly matter: our bloodwork, visceral fat, and muscle density. The markers that give us a real picture of how we’re doing, not just how we look, but how we feel and function.

Our shared mission as a couple is simple. We want to inspire others to live actively, feel confident in their bodies, and age with strength and grace. We want you hiking, dancing, and adventuring well into your old age, never limited by your body.

That future starts now, when you’re still young enough to build it. Before the stress, wear, and years take their toll on your heart, joints, and energy.
